The brief.

Noah Garden Rooms is a major player in the garden room sector. Despite owning a massive manufacturing facility, running a fleet of seven trucks, and boasting over 750 five-star reviews, their digital strategy didn’t match their offering. They build high-spec garden studios, installation and electrics included, for less than their biggest competitors, successfully pivoting to garden rooms. Their average order was £15,000, but their marketing infrastructure hadn’t kept pace.

The problem wasn’t the product. It was the data. The team relied on spreadsheets instead of a CRM, so they had zero visibility into their actual sales pipeline. Even worse, a disjointed Google Ads strategy was burning the budget on vanity metrics, optimising for low-quality clicks rather than finding homeowners ready to buy. Sales were slipping, and the website was creating friction instead of capturing leads.

We partnered with Noah to create a closed-loop revenue system. The mission was clear: kill the data blindness. We implemented HubSpot and combined it with a restructured Google Ads account, creating guardrails for the budget.

We stopped the wasted spend, automated the lead nurturing, and helped Noah build a pipeline that finally reflects their market power, driving 203,000+ impressions, 257+ high-intent conversions, and 89 new deals directly in HubSpot in under three months.

What we set out to do

  • Replace chaotic spreadsheets with a HubSpot CRM, giving the team 100% visibility of the sales pipeline from the first click to the final install.
  • Overhaul the Google Ads account to stop optimising for low-value click-to-calls and focus the budget entirely on high-intent actions like brochure downloads.
  • Deploy SMS and email sequences that instantly qualify leads, freeing up the sales team to focus on high-margin opportunities.
  • Use CRM data to train ad platforms to find buyers willing to spend £15k+, aligning the digital strategy with Noah’s shift to high-value orders.
  • Replace the complex “design your own” tool with a low-friction brochure download to capture data earlier and improve lead nurturing.

What changed

  • We generated 257+ high-intent Google Ads conversions in under three months, pivoting entirely from low-quality click-to-call metrics to tangible brochure downloads.
  • The campaigns delivered 203,000+ impressions, re-establishing Noah as a dominant market player and putting their value-led proposition in front of thousands of buyers.
  • 89 new deals were created in HubSpot, proving the closed-loop system works by turning anonymous traffic into a visible, trackable sales pipeline for the first time.
  • We transitioned the sales team from manual spreadsheets to a centralised HubSpot CRM. Through HubSpot training and the implementation of automated SMS/email workflows, the team could handle higher lead volumes without new hires.
  • By proving the cost-per-lead and conversion rates in HubSpot, we gave Noah the confidence to scale their ad spend, moving from a position of flying blind to making Ad investments based on the data.
  • Automated sales workflows and CRM processes meant far less admin for the sales team, allowing them to focus on closing deals and increasing revenue.

How we
did it.

8 steps, from the first conversation to the results.

  1. Discovery and audit

We started by auditing Noah’s digital infrastructure, where we found a major failure in data tracking.

The business ran on spreadsheets and quote logs, so no sales data ever made it back to the marketing channels.

To make matters worse, the existing Google Ads account was optimising for maximum clicks. This flooded the funnel with low-quality traffic and spammy conversions rather than finding genuine buyers.

  2. HubSpot CRM strategy

To fix the data blindness, we used HubSpot Sales Hub Professional. We mapped a custom sales pipeline to track the entire customer lifecycle.

    • We moved data out of spreadsheets, giving the team real-time proof of which keywords were driving revenue.
    • Our CRM team defined clear stages (e.g., Marketing Qualified Lead, Sales Qualified Lead) to separate casual browsers from high-intent homeowners.
  3. HubSpot training and team onboarding

A CRM is only as powerful as the team using it. We moved the sales team away from their spreadsheets through a structured onboarding program.

    • We conducted live training sessions to ensure every team member understood how to log calls, track deals, and manage tasks within the new system.
  4. Google Ads restructure

We overhauled the Google Ads strategy, shifting from volume to value. We stripped out vanity metrics like generic email clicks and focused strictly on high-intent actions.

    • We combined HubSpot with Google Ads to create guardrails. When a lead is marked as qualified in the CRM, that data is sent back to Google.
    • This feedback loop trains the algorithm to hunt for users with high-value profiles, protecting the budget from spam.
  5. Creatives AI visuals and ad copywriting

To boost engagement, we created high-impact Google Ad creatives with persuasive copywriting.

We moved beyond generic stock images, utilising our AI photography services to generate hyper-realistic visuals that capture the aspiration of a garden room lifestyle. Combining compelling copy and cutting-edge AI imagery ensured Noah’s ads stopped the scroll and attracted genuine homeowners.

  6. Automated nurture sequences

Noah’s old website relied on a high-friction design your own tool that confused mobile users. We re-engineered the journey to prioritise a simple “Download Brochure” CTA.

    • Once a user downloads the brochure, they enter an automated HubSpot nurture sequence.
    • If an email is missed, HubSpot automatically triggers a WhatsApp or SMS, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  7. Advanced reporting

We built custom HubSpot dashboards to provide clear visibility into both individual and team performance.

    • Management can now monitor activity metrics, calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked, per sales rep, identifying high performers and training needs instantly.
    • We set up reports to track how fast deals move from “Lead” to “Closed Won,” allowing Noah to forecast revenue accurately and identify bottlenecks in the sales process.
  8. Continuous optimisation and results

With the guardrails in place and the CRM capturing real-time data, we could finally scale with confidence. The closed-loop system didn’t just organise data.

    • We generated 257+ high-intent Google Ads conversions, proving that the budget was finally reaching genuine buyers rather than casual browsers.
    • The restructured campaigns delivered 203,000+ impressions, putting Noah’s high-value proposition in front of a massive audience of potential homeowners.
    • HubSpot created 89 new deals, turning what was once blind ad spend into a visible, trackable sales pipeline.
