01. Cookies and similar technologies
This policy explains how GRO AI LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on thegro.agency. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains personal information, providers, international processing and your rights.
Cookies are small values a website can store in your browser and receive on later requests. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, scripts and tracking pixels. Some support a feature you request; others can measure usage or recognise a visitor. A technology's purpose matters, not just its name or whether it is supplied by a third party.
02. What this website uses
The current GRO website is hosted on Netlify. It serves its fonts, images and case-study videos from the website itself. Playing one of our showcase films does not load a third-party video player. Ordinary browser caching helps these files load efficiently.
We use a local browser preference to remember whether you allow the HubSpot calendar. HubSpot booking tools are on by default and load when you approach the calendar. An existing saved opt-out takes precedence. The default does not create a record saying you have given consent. There are no Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing or Meta Pixel tags installed by GRO on this website at the update date above.
Hosting and security services process technical requests, such as IP address and request time, to provide the website. Server logs are not cookies. If a provider uses storage strictly needed for security or to deliver a service you request, that storage is treated separately from optional tracking.

04. Manage your choices
Your booking tools preference
HubSpot booking tools are on by default, so you can choose a meeting time without an extra step. Switch them off below if you prefer to use a direct booking link. An existing saved opt-out is respected. This setting does not sign you up for marketing.

We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. After it expires or you clear site data, the default is on again. Switching off stops future calendar loading here. It cannot delete cookies already stored on HubSpot’s domain; use your browser settings to remove those.
The booking calendar loads by default when you reach it. This connects your browser to HubSpot, which may use associated third-party storage for booking and usage functions. Choosing “Switch HubSpot off” prevents us loading the embedded calendar; choosing “Allow HubSpot” turns it back on. Browsing, our videos and the policy pages remain available either way.
You can return here using “Cookie settings” in any page footer. Your choice applies to this browser, not every device. If browser storage is unavailable, we apply your choice only to the current page. If you clear site data or the choice expires, the calendar returns to the default on setting.
05. Direct links and external services
A direct scheduler link lets you open HubSpot separately. The Closed Loop and free landing page guides also open on HubSpot. Following those links leaves this website and loads the destination, where that provider's privacy and cookie controls apply. Our switch controls embedded tools on the GRO website, not separate HubSpot pages or other websites.
External project and case-study links work in the same way. We do not load those websites in the background merely because a link appears on a GRO page.
06. Browser controls and withdrawal
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser's privacy settings. Blocking all storage may affect booking, sign-in or preferences on other websites. Deleting existing HubSpot cookies does not itself change the GRO setting, and changing the GRO setting cannot remove cookies on another domain. Use both controls if you want to switch booking tools off here and clear previously stored provider data.
Switching booking tools off stops future loading of the embedded tool; it does not reverse information already submitted or cancel an existing meeting. For information already held by GRO, use the rights and contact information in our Privacy Policy. To cancel a meeting, use the cancellation link in your invitation.
07. Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the website's technologies or their purposes change. We will ask for a new choice before loading additional optional tools that need consent. The date above shows when this version was issued.
