The brief.
Waldor Clinic is a private aesthetics clinic at 35 Great Portland Street in London’s W1, founded by Dor Bukobza and built around treatment technology sourced from South Korea and Japan. Its signature HydraGlass™ facial combines up to ten advanced devices in a single session, consultations are supported by a Japanese 4D AI skin analysis, and the clinic itself, from the bespoke interiors to the pink onyx Italian bar, is designed to feel closer to a private members’ club than a high-street salon.
The challenge was the postcode. W1 is one of the most crowded aesthetics markets in the country, and a premium clinic has to earn attention in a feed full of discount offers without starting to look like one. Waldor had run Meta ads itself in short bursts through 2025 and early 2026, mostly promotional body sculpting offers, but there was no always-on account behind them and no reliable way of tracing which ads were actually filling the diary. The clinic needed a predictable flow of qualified appointment enquiries, at a cost that made sense for a clinic whose signature facial is priced from £195.
We took over the account in July 2026 and rebuilt it around the enquiry rather than the click. Campaigns were structured on appointment-booking objectives, Meta conversion tracking and GA4 were connected from day one, and audiences were mapped around central London and the people already engaging with premium aesthetics. The creative was reworked to look like Waldor: editorial video and photography from the clinic’s own green-panelled treatment rooms, serif typography, clear introductory pricing and honest compliance lines in place of loud discount graphics. The HydraGlass™ facial launched as a video-led campaign, the body sculpting offer was rebuilt as EMS + RF creative in late August, and a technology-led hair restoration campaign followed in September.
August 2026, the first full month of activity, delivered 171 appointment enquiries at an average cost of £42.28 per enquiry, from 221,658 impressions and a 2.27% click-through rate.
The result is a premium clinic with a predictable, measurable stream of new-client enquiries, each one costing less than a quarter of the price of its signature facial.

What we set out to do
- Build a consistent, scalable stream of qualified appointment enquiries for a premium aesthetics clinic in one of London’s most competitive postcodes.
- Position Waldor’s technology-led, South Korean-inspired treatments clearly apart from the discount-driven aesthetics advertising that dominates the W1 market.
- Bring the cost per enquiry down to a level that works for a clinic whose signature facial starts at £195, without diluting its luxury positioning.
- Establish full-funnel tracking through Meta and GA4 so every enquiry could be traced back to the campaign, audience and creative that produced it.
- Replace intermittent, offer-led advertising with an always-on account structure the clinic could scale month over month.
- Create a repeatable, testable creative framework across Waldor’s three treatment lines: HydraGlass™ facials, EMS + RF body sculpting and hair restoration.

What changed
- Generated 171 appointment enquiries in August 2026, the first full month of the programme.
- Achieved an average cost per enquiry of £42.28, less than a quarter of the price of a single HydraGlass™ facial.
- Delivered a 2.27% click-through rate from 221,658 impressions across Meta’s platforms.
- Connected Meta conversion tracking and GA4 so every enquiry is attributed to the campaign and creative behind it.
- Rebuilt the creative around the Waldor brand, launching video-led HydraGlass™ campaigns, refined EMS + RF body sculpting creative and a new hair restoration campaign within the first seven weeks.
- Established an always-on Meta Ads programme with a clear roadmap for scaling spend behind proven audiences and creative.

How we
did it.
6 steps, from the first conversation to the results.
-
Brand and market discovery
We began by mapping Waldor’s full treatment menu and price architecture, from the £195 HydraGlass™ facial through injectables, body contouring and hair restoration, alongside the central London competitive set and the clinic’s own previous advertising. That gave us a clear picture of who the ideal client was, what competitors were already showing them, and where Waldor’s technology-led positioning could stand apart.
- Ideal-client profile built around central London, premium aesthetics and treatment-led intent rather than broad beauty demographics
- Review of the clinic’s earlier offer-led campaigns to decide what to keep, what to retire and what to test
-
Conversion-first campaign structure
Rather than optimising for clicks or impressions, every campaign was structured around the appointment enquiry itself, feeding Meta’s delivery system real booking signals from day one.
- Campaign objectives set to appointment enquiries at launch, with every ad driving to a dedicated booking page
- Meta conversion tracking and GA4 connected so every enquiry could be traced back to campaign and creative
-
Audience mapping and geo-targeting
Waldor is a destination clinic, but it is still a local business. Targeting was concentrated on W1 and the surrounding premium London postcodes, layered with the interests and behaviours of people already engaging with aesthetics and luxury treatments.
- Geo-targeted audiences around Great Portland Street and central London
- Launch creative deployed across multiple ad sets to identify the audiences producing the lowest cost per enquiry
-
Creative built for a premium brand
The creative was rebuilt to look and sound like Waldor. Editorial video and stills shot in the clinic’s own treatment rooms, serif typography and calm, direct copy replaced the loud discount graphics common in the sector, with introductory pricing stated plainly and compliance lines on every ad.
- HydraGlass™ facial launched as a video-led campaign with an introductory offer from £145
- Body sculpting rebuilt in late August as EMS + RF creative with a £99 introductory offer, the 15-minute assessment and 30-minute treatment spelled out
- Hair restoration campaign launched in September around AI scalp analysis, microneedling and exosome therapy, in both video and static formats
-
Continuous budget optimisation
With daily performance data in hand, spend was reallocated throughout the month toward the audiences, placements and creative generating enquiries most efficiently, steadily bringing the cost per enquiry down as the data matured.
- Daily monitoring of cost per enquiry and click-through rate at ad-set level
- Older promotional creative retired in favour of the on-brand variants once the data showed which was converting
-
Transparent reporting and scaling
Every result was tracked back to source through GA4 and Meta reporting, giving Waldor full visibility of what was working and a clear basis for the next phase of growth.
- Monthly performance reporting tied to enquiry volume and cost per enquiry
- Roadmap for scaling spend behind proven campaigns and extending the framework to further treatment lines
