The brief.

WorkSavi is a project and estate management platform that simplifies multi-site operations. The software combines advanced estate management tools with real-time analytics and compliance tracking, providing remote teams with a clear view of large property portfolios.

Even with a strong product, WorkSavi entered a competitive industry dominated by multi-billion-pound businesses like Monday.com and Yardi. Feature lists alone weren’t going to cut it. The brand needed to gain the trust of Estate Directors and CFOs.

They required a conversion-focused website that could shorten long sales cycles and feed a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

We stepped in to deploy a sophisticated SEO Web Design. We paired keyword mapping for project and property terms with a UX-first design to turn their site into a high-output lead engine. Our goal was to bridge the visibility gap, making sure WorkSavi software reached the right high-intent audiences while maintaining a cost-effective path to scalable ROI.

What we set out to do

  • Create a distinct space for WorkSavi in a market where massive firms like Monday.com and Yardi usually dominate.
  • Deploy advanced SEO and web design to pull in organic traffic while making the user experience smooth enough to keep decision-makers engaged.
  • Use targeting to get in front of Estate Managers, Project Managers, and CFOs within the retail and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop a new visual identity and logo that translates WorkSavi into a professional digital presence.

What changed

  • Since the new site went live, we have generated more than 800,000 search impressions. This high volume successfully established a presence in the estate management sector.
  • WorkSavi moved from ranking mainly for its brand name to appearing for over 1,000 high-intent industry terms. We managed an 89.04% increase in the Keyword Performance Index by targeting the specific queries property directors use.
  • Organic clicks jumped by a massive 10,800% after launch. High-value traffic from the retail and hospitality sectors now flows directly to the updated platform.
  • We delivered a cohesive new logo and brand kit that positioned WorkSavi as a specialist leader, projecting technical authority to CFOs.

How we
did it.

6 steps, from the first conversation to the results.

  1. Discovery and strategy audit

We kicked things off by nailing down WorkSavi’s role as an expert-led alternative to multi-billion pound brands.

After that, we audited their existing setup to find the leaks in their funnel and figure out why visibility had hit a wall. This audit led us to create a growth strategy built on securing immediate results while laying the groundwork for organic authority.

  2. Keyword research and engineering

Our SEO specialists conducted extensive research to identify high-intent terms used by Estate Directors, CFOs, and Project Managers.

We developed a keyword map targeting industry pain points like compliance tracking, multi-site project management, and integrated estate management. This research formed the blueprint for the new site architecture, ensuring every service page was built to match search intent.

  3. UX-first web design

We translated WorkSavi’s Explorer and Caregiver brand archetypes into a sleek digital design.

The new website focused on simplifying complex data, featuring customisable dashboard previews and intuitive navigation to mirror the platform’s user-friendly nature. We created a conversion-focused layout with strategically placed CTAs and contact forms to reduce friction for decision-makers.

  4. Technical SEO development

Our developers built the site on a high-speed, SEO-friendly framework to maximise page loading times and cross-device performance.

We implemented advanced technical SEO, including schema markup and structured data, to help Google accurately index WorkSavi’s service offering. The backend was fully integrated with tracking tools to monitor ranking velocity and user engagement in real-time.

  5. Conversion-driven site architecture

We built the site structure to act as a lead engine by mapping every user journey toward a high-value conversion point.

By aligning internal linking with our high-intent keyword clusters, we made sure users are guided straight to core service pages. This approach turns passive readers into active prospects by stripping away the usual navigational roadblocks that frustrate busy decision-makers.

  6. Ongoing optimisation

Post-launch, we used data from Google Search Console and GA4 to refine keyword targeting and bidding strategies.

We monitored the Keyword Performance Index to identify high-performing keywords, pushing them into top-tier ranking positions. As ROI was established, we scaled the marketing efforts, ensuring the system consistently delivered the target of 6-8 qualified leads per week.
