The brief.

Elite Travel is a premier, family-run travel provider in Suffolk. Operating a fleet of luxury vehicles, they service a broad clientele, including corporate executives, sports teams, and celebrities.

Their business is built on reliability and personability, offering a bespoke travel service that sets them apart from standard private hire firms.

However, the company’s rapid operational growth had outpaced its current website.

Their existing website was designed for search algorithms rather than humans, with “nonsense” copy and keyword stuffing that wasn’t engaging serious decision-makers.

With inconsistent branding created in Canva and a reliance on stock imagery, the brand couldn’t visually communicate the premium quality of its fleet. This resulted in low-intent enquiries for basic taxi services rather than high-value executive contracts.

Elite Travel partnered with us to transform their online presence with a full rebrand, professional photography, and bespoke SEO Web Design.

Our goal was to build a high-performance website that reflected their transition into a fully established executive transport provider in Suffolk.

By restructuring site pages around high-value service pillars like “Coach Hire” and “Chauffeur Services,” we created a dominant digital presence.

This strategic overhaul has already generated 560k+ total search impressions and 8.5k+ organic clicks, with over 10,200 impressions targeting high-ticket commercial keywords, successfully pivoting the brand toward qualified leads.

What we set out to do

  • Replace generic stock imagery and algorithm-first copy with authentic fleet photography and a professional, human-centric tone that reflects Elite Travel’s transition to a large-scale operation.
  • Engineer the site architecture to target high-value, specific service pillars like “Sports Team Transport” and “Corporate Coach Hire,” moving beyond ambiguous “taxi” keywords.
  • Implement an interactive Booking Journey visualisation to educate first-time corporate bookers, filtering out low-intent enquiries.
  • Create specific Vehicle Showcase pages, highlighting features like personal TVs and mini fridges, to differentiate the offering and drive higher average order value from executive clients.

  • Secured over 10,200 impressions specifically for high-ticket commercial keywords, including “coach hire,” “airport transfers,” and “elite travel,” pivoting visibility away from low-value taxi queries.
  • Achieved strong visibility for competitive local terms such as “coach hire suffolk” (985 impressions) and “colchester airport taxi” (1,090 impressions), directly targeting the lucrative B2B and regional transfer markets.
  • Replaced inconsistent branding with high-end digital assets featuring authentic fleet photography, positioning Elite Travel as a premium service rather than a standard taxi firm.

How we
did it.

6 steps, from the first conversation to the results.

  1. Strategy and discovery

We began by redefining Elite Travel’s digital identity, moving them away from the perception that they are a local taxi service.

    • We mapped specific user journeys for “Emma” (the Executive Assistant needing reliability) and “James” (the Business Owner needing efficiency), ensuring the new site spoke directly to B2B decision-makers rather than just casual travellers.
  2. SEO research and content planning

The previous website relied on keyword-stuffed copy written for algorithms, not humans. We created a new, high-performance site structure designed to convert high-value corporate traffic.

    • The audit showed keyword stuffing and “nonsense” copy to appeal to the algorithm. We engineered a new content strategy that engaged human decision-makers while satisfying search requirements.
    • We split generic service pages, mapping specific keywords to dedicated pages for “Sports Team Transport” and “Corporate Coach Hire” to capture commercial intent.
    • For first-time bookers, we developed process-driven content that visualises the customer journey, managing expectations from the initial enquiry to driver assignment.
  3. Bespoke branding and SEO web design

We executed a complete visual overhaul to align the digital experience with the physical quality of the fleet.

    • We retired the Canva-generated logo and harsh blacks, replacing it with a bespoke visual identity using muted golds and deep greys to project corporate authority.
    • We moved beyond generic text, crafting SEO copy that balances a professional tone for reliability with an enthusiastic voice for service, directly addressing the pain points of executive assistants and business owners.
  4. Visual assets and photography

Stock imagery was failing to sell the reality of Elite Travel’s £1m+ fleet investment. We replaced generic visuals with a custom photography strategy.

    • We implemented high-quality images of specific vehicles, highlighting premium amenities like conference tables, coffee machines, and Wi-Fi, to prove value to corporate buyers.
    • Our photography team utilised local landmarks (such as the Orwell Bridge) in vehicle photography to ground the brand as a dominant regional player in Suffolk and Essex.
  5. High-intent keyword engineering

We stripped away vanity metrics to focus on revenue-generating search terms.

    • Site content was optimised for high-AOV keywords like “Executive Airport Transfers” and “Private Coach Hire Suffolk,” to filter out low-value “taxi” searches.
    • Location-based targeting was critical. We honed in on key logistics hubs like Felixstowe and Ipswich to ensure visibility where Elite Travel is based.
  6. Launch and ongoing growth

We deployed a scalable commercial engine that maximises Elite Travel’s visibility.

    • Our SEO Web Design delivered immediate results, generating over 560,000 search impressions and 8,500+ clicks by aligning the site architecture with the user.
    • Dedicated service pages successfully pivoted traffic sources, securing over 10,200 impressions for high-value terms like “coach hire” and “airport transfers” rather than low-value taxi queries.
