01Design
Engineered in CAD, then prototyped and refined in-house.
02Prove
Every new design is tested to 2.5× its safe working load.
03Cut
OSB boards, stronger than MDF, are precision-cut on our own CNC router.
04Coat
Frames are powder-coated with an antimicrobial additive for an even finish.
05Upholster
CNC-cut vinyl, pressed over 40 mm virgin foam and finished by hand.
06Assemble
Built with trusted components from LINAK, TiMOTION and Stabilus.
07Inspect
Every product passes a thorough final inspection before dispatch.
