Reviews

Don't just take our word for it.

Friendly fitters, quick work and a tidy finish. Here's what our customers say.

Fantastic job. The fitters were on time, no messing, straight on with their job. Tidy workmanship, cleaned up after themselves, both tidy and presentable. A credit to your company. I would fully recommend them to anyone thinking of having loft and cavity wall insulation done.

The guys were polite and cheerful and completed the job very quickly. The company also sorted out all the finance, as I was able to claim the work through the government scheme.

Jenny FainburgGovernment-funded insulation

Did my own research for products and Origin came up trumps with quality and best price. Completed spot on, in the promised time frame.

Is insulation really free?

It can be. If your household qualifies for ECO4, the work could be fully funded, or you may be asked for a contribution. If you don't qualify, we'll give you a clear written quote, with finance options if you'd like to spread the cost.

How do I know if I qualify for funding?

Use our eligibility checker or call us free. Funding usually depends on things like benefits, household income, your home's EPC rating and where you live. We'll tell you straight what you can get.

What happens when ECO4 ends?

ECO4 is due to close on 31 December 2026, so it's worth checking now. Beyond that, the government's Warm Homes Plan continues to support upgrades, including grants through local councils for lower-income households. We'll always point you to the best route available.

Will cavity wall insulation cause damp?

Not when it's done properly. Every home is surveyed first to check the walls are suitable, including their condition, exposure to weather and cavity width. Our cavity wall installations are backed by an independent 25-year CIGA guarantee.

How long does installation take?

Most cavity wall and loft jobs are finished in a single day, often in just a few hours. Solid wall insulation and heating upgrades take longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline after your survey.

Do you cover my area?

Very likely. Our head office is in Derby, in the heart of England, and our teams work nationwide. Pop your postcode into the eligibility checker and we'll confirm.

I'm a landlord. What do the new EPC rules mean for me?

The government has confirmed that privately rented homes in England and Wales must reach EPC C by 1 October 2030, with the maximum required spend capped at £10,000 per property. We can assess your homes and recommend the most cost-effective upgrades for each one.

What happens after I get in touch?

An adviser will talk through your home and options, book a free survey at a time that suits you, and explain any funding before anything is agreed. No pressure, no obligation.
