Method finder
Find the safest way to the work.
Five quick questions. You will see the access method we would usually start with, the trades involved and your nearest base. Add your details to unlock the full scope card: crew, paperwork and what we would need from you.
A guide, not a method statement: every job gets its own plan and RAMS. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

-
Engineer, plan and crew
One accountable team behind the work.
Engineering and project management, material and equipment procurement, and competent people when you need them: personnel supply, crewing and vessel mobilisation.
-
Late life and decommissioning
Safe, compliant removal at the end of an asset’s life.
Survey and FEED, removal planning, dismantling, waste management and handover, with experience that includes BP’s Miller platform and the Horne & Wren platforms.
Why one contractor
One contractor instead of four.
Work at height usually means an access contractor, then the trades, then an inspector. Every extra company on your asset adds inductions, interfaces, paperwork and, offshore, beds.
Talk to us about your scope| Separate specialists | N-ERGISE | |
|---|---|---|
| Who picks the access method | Whoever you call first, so you get the method they sell | Chosen for the job from rope access, scaffolding, drones and rigging |
| Companies on your asset | One per discipline, each with its own supervisor and RAMS | One crew, one supervisor, one set of RAMS |
| Handovers | Access team leaves, trades arrive, inspector follows | The same crew reaches the work, does it and records it |
| Reporting | A different format from every firm | One live log per site from our in-house app |
| Pre-qualification | Every supplier checked separately | Achilles, Constructionline, RISQS, IRATA and BSI, once |

Sectors
Proven where energy is made and moved.
Four sectors, one standard of work, offshore and onshore.
-

Since 2015
Offshore wind and renewables
Onshore and offshore wind across the UK and Europe, with our first overseas project in Germany in 2018. Blade inspection and repair, rope access, fabrication and maintenance for the life of the turbine.
Renewables work -

North Sea and beyond
Oil, gas and energy transition
Hook-up and commissioning, brownfield modifications, inspection, maintenance and decommissioning in the Southern, Central and Northern North Sea, the Dutch sector, Norway and Africa.
Energy transition work -

Since 2017
Nuclear and defence
Engineering support built to the nuclear sector’s strict regulatory standards, including confined space decommissioning work, for clients who come back to us for repeat projects.
Nuclear work -

Our newest sector
Infrastructure
Ports, bridges, transport and large developments, with the same access, inspection, fabrication and welding skills we use offshore.
Infrastructure work
Track record
Over ten years on the North Sea coast.
Founded in Great Yarmouth in 2015, and still privately owned and independent.
- 2015
N-ERGISE is founded and delivers its first wind energy project. In December it passes its Achilles UVDB audit at category B2.
- 2016
Preparatory decommissioning completed on the Horne & Wren platforms in the Southern North Sea.
- 2017
Becomes a full IRATA member, and starts work in nuclear.
- 2018
First overseas wind project, in Germany.
- Since
Offices open in Montrose and Dubai, and decommissioning support follows on BP’s Miller platform, one of the North Sea’s largest removals.
- 2026
Real-time reporting goes live offshore, and N-ERGISE Inspection & Verification is set up.
Safety
Zero harm is planned, not hoped for.
Safety starts before anyone reaches the asset: the right access method, the right people and a rescue plan for every job at height. These are the three rules we work to.

-
Zero Harm to People
Every job starts with a risk assessment, a method statement and a rescue plan. If the plan stops fitting the day, anyone on the crew can stop the job.
-
Do It Right First Time
Rework means more time at height and more days offshore. Getting it right first time is a safety rule as much as a quality one.
-
We Lead by Example
Supervisors work to the standard they set, and our balanced-blame culture means problems are reported early, not hidden.
Reported as it happens
Our offshore teams log incidents, observations and defects in our in-house app at the point of work. Everything feeds one live log for each site, so actions are assigned and closed out while the crew is still there.
- 200,000+rope access manhours without an accident
- ISO 45001plus ISO 14001 and 9001, certified by BSI
- 8166/0our IRATA membership number, held since 2017
How it works
From first call to close-out.
Tell us the asset and the job
Use the method finder, send the form or call. Drawings, photos and past reports all help.
Get a method, a crew and a plan
We propose the safest access method, the crew and their competencies, and the RAMS, in writing.
We mobilise and report as we go
Crews mobilise from Great Yarmouth, Montrose or Dubai. Defects are logged live, so nothing waits for the final report.
Close out with records you can file
Photos, test results and sign-off in one close-out pack, ready for your integrity records.
What happens after you send the form
A project manager reads your enquiry and replies within one working day, usually with a few questions and a time to talk. Nothing is booked until you approve a written proposal.

Which sectors and regions do you work in?
Offshore wind and renewables, oil and gas, nuclear and defence, and infrastructure, offshore and onshore. We have worked in the UK Southern, Central and Northern North Sea, the Dutch sector, Germany, Norway, the Middle East and Africa, from bases in Great Yarmouth, Montrose and Dubai.
Rope access or scaffolding: which do we need?
It depends on the job. Rope access is usually the quickest to set up and puts the fewest people at height, which suits short jobs high up or over water. Scaffolding suits weeks of work by several trades. For a first look, a drone often means nobody goes to height at all. We do all three, so we recommend the safest, most cost-effective method for your job, not the one we happen to sell. The method finder on this page shows where we would usually start.
Are you an IRATA member?
Yes. N-ERGISE has been a full IRATA International member since 2017, membership number 8166/0, and our rope access teams have completed over 200,000 manhours without an accident.
Which pre-qualification schemes are you on?
Achilles UVDB (Verify B2), Achilles Global Energy (OGE IAS Verify, IOGP 423 compliant), Builders Profile and Constructionline (SSIP Acclaim, Principal Contractor), RISQS (Sentinel, Non-Trackside) and Cyber Essentials Plus. Our integrated management system is certified by BSI to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
Can you supply people only, or do you deliver whole scopes?
Both. We can supply competent personnel and crews to work under your supervision, or deliver a managed scope with our own engineering, project management and supervision, from planning to close-out.
How quickly can you mobilise?
It depends on the scope, the site's inductions and, offshore, flights, vessels and bed space. Tell us your dates when you get in touch and we will tell you straight away whether we can meet them. For urgent work, call us free on 0800 011 6966.
What records do we get at the end of the job?
Progress reports while the work is under way, a live log of defects and observations from our in-house reporting app, and a close-out pack with photos and test results, ready for your asset integrity records.
How do we become a supplier, or join the team?
Suppliers can follow the supplier process on our website. For jobs, see the current vacancies on our LinkedIn page, or email your CV, tickets and certificates to jobs@n-ergise.one.
