Swap liquid bleach for a tablet. Each Prosan tablet releases a stable, accurately measured dose of free available chlorine: one tablet in one litre of water gives 1,000 ppm. Easy to store, with a shelf life of up to five years.

What is your minimum order quantity for private label?
It depends on the product and pack, but our minimum order quantities are deliberately attractive, so launching your own label is realistic. Share your estimated order and annual forecast and we will quote.
What do you need from me to quote?
As much as you can of: the chemical state (liquid, powder, tablet or wipe), pack size, any dilutions, strengths or concentrations, outer size (6, 12 and so on), required order quantity and your estimated order or annual forecast. A description of the performance you need is a fine place to start.
Can you develop a new formulation?
Yes. We work with customers to develop and formulate new product variations and dosages to their requirements for formulation, design and packaging, and we can re-source niche products that are difficult to manufacture.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We ship to more than 50 countries by sea, air and road, and our export team can guide you on legislation, packaging, labelling and shipping. Some products, such as flammable 70% alcohol formulas, need special packaging or consolidation.
Why use chlorine tablets instead of liquid bleach?
Chlorine tablets are a safer, more accurate alternative to liquid bleach. Each tablet releases a stable, accurately measured dose of free available chlorine, so one tablet in one litre of water gives 1,000 ppm. They are easy to store, with a shelf life of up to five years.
What standards are your chlorine tablets tested to?
Microbiological claims are assessed by a UKAS-accredited UK laboratory to BS EN 1276, BS EN 13697, BS EN 13704, BS EN 14476, BS EN 17126 and BS EN 1650, with our detergent tablets also passing BS EN 13727.
Are the pouch packs recyclable?
Yes. Our pouch packs, labels included, are fully PP5 recyclable. They use 75% less plastic than conventional pots and lids and compact flat when empty.
