Do I need a drawing or exact sizes to ask for a quote?
A drawing or window schedule is helpful if you have one, but you can start with a description and approximate sizes. We’ll help you work through the details. Final dimensions and specifications need to be agreed before an order is placed.
What are your lead times on made-to-measure frames?
Standard-colour uPVC windows ordered by Wednesday are usually ready the following Wednesday. Confirm the weekly cut-off and availability with our team before booking work. Specialist colours, aluminium, composite doors and conservatory roofs have different lead times, which we confirm with your quote.
Do you deliver to site?
Site delivery can be arranged across Suffolk and Essex, or you can collect from our Ipswich trade counter. Tell us your site postcode and the date you’re working towards. We’ll confirm availability and delivery arrangements with you.
Which brands do you supply?
Our published range includes REHAU, Eurocell and Halo uPVC systems, Smart aluminium, Solidor composite doors and Ultrasky roof lanterns. For roofline and cladding, options include Freefoam and HardiePlank. Ask our team to confirm the system and specification for your order.
Can you fit the windows for me?
If you need supply and installation, tell us about the project. Our team can talk through the options and help you find the right route. Installers, builders and DIY customers are all welcome at the counter.
Where is the counter, and when is it open?
17 Arkwright Road, Hadleigh Road Industrial Estate, Ipswich IP2 0UB, open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 5pm, and on Saturdays by appointment. Turn down Dunlop Road off Hadleigh Road, follow the one-way system left along Brunel Road, then right into Arkwright Road.
