Our story

From one machine in a garage to Farthing Road.

ITC started in 2018 with founder Paul Sheppard, a single embroidery machine and a garage in Ipswich. A year later we moved into Unit 3 at the Sovereign Centre on Farthing Road, and we’ve been adding machines, people and brands ever since.

Today we kit out hundreds of businesses, trades, clubs and schools across Suffolk and beyond. The promise hasn’t changed: proper kit, properly branded, on time.

Is there a minimum order?

You can buy a single garment or a one-person bundle from us. For branded orders, the price per item drops as quantities go up, so tell us roughly how many you need and we’ll quote you the sweet spot.

How quickly can you turn an order around?

Because we embroider and print in-house, we’re not waiting in anyone else’s queue. Turnaround depends on the garments and quantities, so tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote and we’ll tell you straight whether we can hit it. Club shop orders are made to order.

Can you work with my logo?

Yes. Send whatever you’ve got, whether that’s a file, a photo or a sketch. We’ll set it up for embroidery or print and send you a proof to approve. Need a logo designing or tidying up? Our in-house design team can help.

Embroidery or print: which should I choose?

Embroidery looks premium and lasts for years, so it’s ideal for polos, jackets, fleeces and caps. Print is better for big designs, fine detail, bright colours and lighter garments like tees and hi-vis. Not sure? We’ll recommend the right option for each garment.

Do you supply proper site-safe PPE?

Our PPE comes from established safety brands including Portwest, Beeswift, JCB and ORN. Tell us about your site and we’ll help you choose the right protection and the right class of hi-vis.

Can I visit you?

Of course. Our showroom and trade counter is at Unit 3, Sovereign Centre, Farthing Road, Ipswich IP1 5AP. We’re open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Come and see samples, check sizes and talk through your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes, across Suffolk and the rest of the UK. You’re also welcome to collect from the trade counter in Ipswich.

Do you offer business accounts?

Yes. If you order workwear, PPE or trade supplies regularly, ask us about a business account and we’ll set you up.
