Experienced EMC engineers led the rewind of a 205 MW air-cooled generator following a stator-winding failure.
Power generation

Investigation and overhaul of a 6.6 kV induction motor. We found and repaired a core fault, replaced the bearings, tested it and returned it to service.

Health and safety is our number one priority, and it’s owned by our board of directors. Every engineer works to a structured H&S plan with KPI targets, and we bring in independent safety consultants whenever extra assurance is needed.

Yes. Alongside ad-hoc breakdown call-outs, we provide long-term service agreements (LTSAs) covering planned maintenance and support.
Yes. Equipment refurbishment and overhaul is carried out at our own workshop in West Horndon, Essex, as well as in situ on your site.
