What are your minimum order quantities?

We support low MOQs across all four divisions. Minimums depend on the product, fabric or formula, so tell us what you have in mind and we'll recommend the most efficient quantity.

How quickly can you deliver?

Production and delivery typically take 3–6 weeks, depending on category, volume and destination. Stock held in our London hub can often ship sooner.

Do you offer private label and white label?

Yes. We produce custom white label collections and made-to-order lines for retailers, importers and distributors, and offer private label, white label and fully bespoke development in beauty, from formula to packaging.

Can I see samples before I commit?

Absolutely. We provide free samples and weekly trend reports, and you're welcome to visit our London showroom to review collections in person.

How do you make sure products are made ethically?

Our in-house compliance team runs regular audits of every supplier, supported by amfori BSCI and Sedex. Factories must also meet strict building and fire safety standards, including the ACCORD code in Bangladesh. Read our Modern Slavery Statement.

Do you offer credit terms?

Yes. We offer open credit lines to approved partners, so your cash keeps working while your range is in production.

Which countries do you supply?

We supply retailers and brands in more than 30 countries, with offices in the UK, Australia, China and Italy.

What sustainable options do you offer?

Better Cotton, LENZING™ ECOVERO™ viscose and recycled PET fabrics in fashion, and recycled (PCR) and compostable packaging in beauty. Ask us about a more sustainable alternative for any product.
