Who can stock Ruffwear?
Businesses that can show and fit the products well: pet specialists, outdoor and mountain shops, garden centres, country stores, dog trainers, groomers, vets and online retailers. We review every application to keep the network strong.
Is there a minimum order?
Your opening order is agreed with your account manager and depends on your shop and the range you choose. After that, you can reorder little and often from stock.
What are the payment terms?
Approved accounts can pay on 30-day credit terms. Otherwise, payment is taken with the order. We invoice in pounds or euros.
How fast is delivery?
UK orders arrive the next working day and German orders in 1 working day. Most of Western Europe takes 2 days and the furthest countries up to 6. See the delivery map for your country.
Can I sell Ruffwear online?
Yes, on your own website once it has been approved. Selling on marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay needs our written consent first.

Yes. We plan displays with you, from a counter unit to a full 2.5 m bay, and can help with window displays.
How does the guarantee work?
Ruffwear guarantees its products against defects in materials and craftsmanship when they are bought from an authorised retailer or ruffwear.co.uk. Wear and tear and chewing are not covered.
