Genuine OEM parts, bought where they’re made.

Quinta Raddison is the OEM spare parts procurement specialist for heavy industry. Our buyers in the UK, Germany, the USA and South Korea purchase on each manufacturer’s home market, then ship to your plant.

Send it tonight. We aim to reply by morning, where we can.

  • Since 1981 supplying heavy industrial plants
  • ISO 9001 certified since 2023
  • Nine offices on six continents
  • Uniterm sole Middle East representative

Four buying offices, on the manufacturers’ home markets

Every order starts where the manufacturer sells at home. Our buyers quote and fulfil orders daily, so your team deals with one supplier instead of a list of overseas manufacturers.

We have discounts agreed with most of the major European, North American and Korean OEMs, so we can often quote below local offices and distributors. Courier or airfreight then cuts lead times compared with distributors who import by sea.

Since 1981, one office has become nine

Quinta Raddison was formed in 1981 to fill a gap in the market, supplying machinery to the mining industry in South Africa and Australia. Today it provides specialist mechanical procurement services to heavy industry clients across the world.

The team brings more than 600 years of combined experience, and the buying offices that came with growth are what let us purchase on each manufacturer’s home market.

Questions procurement teams ask us

Short answers to the questions we hear most. If yours is not here, call or send your parts list.

What is MRO procurement?

MRO stands for maintenance, repair and operations. MRO procurement is the buying of the spare parts, consumables and tools a plant needs to keep running, as distinct from the raw materials it processes.

Quinta Raddison has supplied MRO spare parts to heavy industrial plants worldwide since 1981, mainly electrical, mechanical, and control and instrumentation items such as valves, bearings, cable, drives and safety equipment.

Are the parts genuine OEM parts?

Yes. We supply genuine parts only, bought direct from the OEM, and we hold accounts with numerous manufacturers. Before anything is exported we check that it is technically compliant and properly packed, and we obtain any certification you require.

Where a manufacturer has appointed us as its representative, as Uniterm has for the Middle East, the manufacturer’s standard warranty and terms of supply apply.

How can you quote below a local distributor?

Our buying offices in the UK, Germany, the USA and South Korea purchase on each manufacturer’s home market, and we have discounts agreed with most of the major European, North American and Korean OEMs. That is why we can often quote below local offices and distributors.

Often is not always, so every quotation is built for your own list and you can compare it line by line.

How quickly will I get a quotation and my parts?

We aim to respond to RFQs overnight where possible. Delivery time depends on the part and the route.

Where time matters we arrange courier or airfreight, which cuts lead times compared with distributors importing by sea. Once your purchase order is processed you receive a weekly order status report until the goods arrive.

Tell us the date you need the parts and we will confirm what is realistic when we quote.

Which Incoterms do you quote on?

We can quote on all Incoterms, including EXW, FCA, CIP and DAP, to suit each customer. Tell us your preferred rule on the enquiry form.

The rule decides who arranges and pays for transport, insurance and customs clearance, so it is worth settling before the order is placed. If you are unsure, leave it blank and we will confirm the options with you when we send the quotation.

Can you provide certified or legalised paperwork?

Yes, where it is required. We provide legalised and certified invoices and other paperwork, and we obtain any certification you need for the parts themselves.

Tell us the destination country and any documents your customs office or client requires when you send the enquiry, so they are planned into the order from the start. The earlier we know, the sooner the right documents can be arranged.

Which countries do you supply?

Our clients are based across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australasia and South America. We have sales offices in Australia, South Africa, Thailand, Brazil and the Philippines, and we ship worldwide through our freight forwarding partners.

Tell us your delivery country and we will quote the route and Incoterm that suit your plant. If your plant is elsewhere, send the enquiry anyway and we will confirm the route.

What should I include in an enquiry?

Send the brand, the part number or a description, the quantity, the delivery country and the date you need the parts.

A photo of the nameplate or an old part number helps when the original number has changed or can no longer be read. A spreadsheet is fine, and so is a drawing. Tell us if the parts are urgent, such as for a planned shutdown, so the quotation can favour speed.

Send us your parts list

Tell us what you need, where it is going and when you need it. A buyer will come back with a quotation tailored to your requirements.

Include, if you have it

  • Brand, and part number or description
  • Quantity
  • Delivery country and preferred Incoterm
  • The date you need the parts
  • A photo of the nameplate, if the part number has changed
