Why Pristine

Buying a cleaning robot is easy. Keeping it working, every shift, is the hard part. That’s what we do.

Robots that are badly mapped, rushed into service or left waiting for an engineer end up switched off in a cupboard. We prevent that. We survey first, configure every route, train your people and stay on call — so your investment keeps paying its way.

FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

Can’t see yours? Our team is happy to talk it through.

0131 605 0238
Will a cleaning robot work in our building?

Most commercial buildings with hard floors or carpet are a good fit. Your free site survey checks surfaces, layout, traffic, lifts and storage — and we’ll tell you honestly if a robot isn’t right, or which machine would suit you better.

Will robots replace our cleaning team?

No. Robots take on repetitive floor cleaning so your people can focus on the work that needs a human: touchpoints, washrooms, spills and customer-facing tasks.

What happens if a robot or machine breaks down?

Call our 24/7 helpdesk. Many issues can be diagnosed remotely. If not, one of our 12 UK field engineers will be on the way, and loan machines are available so you can keep cleaning.

Can we see a robot in action before we commit?

Yes. We can arrange a demonstration so your team can see how a robot handles your floors, routes and obstacles.

How much does a cleaning robot cost?

It depends on your floor area, surfaces and how many hours you want to release. Your free site survey includes an equipment recommendation and an ROI estimate, so you can build the business case with confidence.

Which areas do you cover?

The whole UK. We’re headquartered in Edinburgh, with five hubs and 12 field engineers nationwide, plus remote support from our helpdesk.

Do you only supply robots?

No. We supply commercial cleaning machines from brands including TomCat, Dryft, MotorScrubber, PacVac, Bissell and Truvox, plus janitorial, catering and healthcare supplies — all from one supplier.
