    £850 to £1,250 + VAT

    Fixed fee to apply for the grant on estates below the Inheritance Tax threshold. The court fee is £300.

  • Employment Advice Meeting

    £300 + VAT

    A fixed-fee hour with an employment solicitor, including a review of up to 20 pages of your documents.

  • Police Station Attendance

    From £700 + VAT

    Fixed fee for attending your interview with you and advising on the police disclosure.

  • Visa Applications

    From £1,000 + VAT

    Professional fees vary by route, history and urgency. Home Office fees are paid on top.

No. Many matters can be handled by phone and email, and our six offices are there when you’d rather meet in person. Our private client team also offers home visits for elderly or infirm clients.

Do You Only Act for People in Essex?

No. We’re rooted in Essex, with offices in Basildon, Chelmsford, Rayleigh, South Woodham Ferrers and Thurrock, but we advise individuals and businesses across the UK.
