    Our in-house designers sketch, render and package it, and take it through the brand owner’s approval.

    We make samples, test them to the right safety standards and photograph the finished range.

    Bulk stock ships from our Lancing warehouse, or direct from the factory for big orders.

About Fizz Creations

Sixteen years of making retail fun.

We started in 2010 on the Sussex coast with one simple idea: gifts should make people smile. Our very first company name was Whiz Bang Wallop!, which tells you most of what you need to know.

Sixteen years on, we’re still family-owned and still based in Sussex, with our own warehouse in Lancing, a team in the USA and quality experts in Hong Kong. We still make the kind of products that make people laugh out loud in the aisle, and then take them to the till.

How do I open a trade account?

Fill in the short form on this page. We check every application by hand, usually within 24 hours, and as soon as you’re approved you can see trade prices and order online.

What’s the minimum order?

Products are sold in case packs, most of them of six. UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £150 + VAT, and smaller orders carry a £12.50 + VAT delivery charge.

Can I sell Fizz products on Amazon or eBay?

No. To protect our stockists’ prices we don’t supply businesses that sell through third-party marketplaces. You’ll need your own shop, your own website, or both.

Do you deliver to Europe and the USA?

Yes. You can order and pay in pounds or euros, and there’s an EU catalogue for buyers in Europe. In North America, Fizz Creations Inc runs accounts from our own US distribution centre.

How do I pay?

New accounts usually start on proforma. Once you’re trading with us, you can apply for a 30-day credit account.

Can you make a product just for us?

Yes. We design exclusive and seasonal ranges for retailers, brands, charities and events, licensed or our own. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll come back with ideas.

Are your products safety tested?

Yes. Every product is tested to the safety standards of the market it’s sold in, made in audited factories, and approved by the brand owner when it carries a licence.

Where can I see the range in person?

At the big trade shows every year, including Spielwarenmesse, Spring Fair and Toy Fair New York. Book an appointment with the form on this page and we’ll save you a slot.
