Scaffold goes up, then windows, doors and drives are protected. Beads and mesh go on for crisp edges and long-term strength.

Base coat, reinforcing mesh, then your chosen top coat, sprayed by machine or applied by hand and finished to an even, flawless face.

How Much Does Rendering Cost?
Every home is different, so we don’t guess. The price depends on the wall area, the system and finish you choose, access and scaffolding, and how much preparation the walls need. We’ll survey for free and give you a clear, itemised quote, and you won’t pay anything until the work is complete.
Do I Need to Pay a Deposit?
No. We don’t take upfront payments. Final payment is due once the contracted work is complete. If you have any concerns, raise them within 7 days of completion and we’ll promptly put right any valid issue.
How Long Will My Render Last?
Our systems come with manufacturer guarantees of 10 to 30 years, depending on the system you choose. Silicone renders are water-repellent yet breathable, so they stay drier, keep their fresh look for longer and resist algae and lime bloom.
Which Render System Is Right for My Home?
It depends on your walls, the look you want and your budget. We only use systems from K Rend, Weber, Sto and Parex. At your free survey we’ll explain the options, including silicone, monocouche, textured and insulated systems, and recommend the best fit.
Can You Fix Render Another Company Got Wrong?
Yes. We’re regularly asked to put right render that someone else got wrong. We’ll assess what can be saved, strip back what can’t and re-render it properly.
Is External Wall Insulation Worth It?
For many older and solid-wall homes, yes. External wall insulation wraps the outside of your home in insulation boards, which are then reinforced with mesh and finished in render. It makes the home warmer and more energy efficient, and gives it a completely new look in one project.
Do You Work with Builders and Developers?
Yes. Many of our clients are builders and developers who use us project after project, from single new builds to schemes of several houses. We’re Constructionline Gold and SSIP accredited.
