The 2026 prep change
Amazon’s prep service has ended.
Ours hasn’t.
Amazon has stopped offering its own FBA prep and labelling: in the US from January 2026, and in its European stores, including the UK, from 1 July 2026. Every unit now has to reach the fulfilment centre labelled, bagged and packed to Amazon’s rules, or it risks being refused or held up.

Order from any retailer or supplier and use our address. We receive every parcel and pallet and update our system with your stock.
We check it
Every unit is unboxed, counted and inspected. We check expiry dates, and anything damaged or missing is photographed and reported on your private chat channel.
We prep it
We work out what each product needs, from an FNSKU label to a polybag or bubble wrap, and prep it to Amazon’s rules.
We pack it
Units are boxed, each box is weighed, and your shipment is ready to go.
It ships
We book it in with UPS and it’s collected from our secure unit, for Amazon’s fulfilment centre or your customer’s door. Within 48 hours of arriving, once we have everything we need from you.

What is a prep centre?
A prep centre receives your stock, checks it, preps and labels it to Amazon’s rules, and sends it on to Amazon’s fulfilment centres or straight to your customers. It takes the packing out of your spare room, so you can spend your time sourcing and selling.
What happens after I send my goods to you?
Once you’ve joined, we give you our delivery address to use when you order. When your goods arrive, we unbox and inspect them, work out the prep each item needs (a polybag, bubble wrap or just a label), pack the box, weigh it and book it in with UPS for collection.
How quickly will my stock be sent out?
Your goods will be on their way within 48 hours of arriving, as long as we have all the information we need from you.
What happens if goods arrive damaged from the retailer?
We tell you straight away on your private chat channel, and you arrange the return with the retailer. If they offer a collection, we repack the item and keep it ready for them. You can also book a courier to collect it from us.
How much does it cost?
There’s a one-off £45 set-up fee, then you pay as you go. Storage is £4 per cubic metre per week. Prep and fulfilment are priced per unit, based on what you sell and how much, so ask for a quote and we’ll send your rates.
Do you work with small sellers?
Yes. If you’re running your business from a spare room and packing is eating into your sourcing time, we’re for you. Whether you ship 10 orders or 1,000, we grow with you.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
No. We also store, pick, pack and ship orders for sellers on Shopify, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop and Wayfair, and for brands with their own website.
